AMAYRANI NAVA had an open house on 03/09/2024 in Aurora for a property on Ohio st and was sharing information on our offer to everyone that arrived at the open house stating that this offer was the biggest offer she had without her knowing we were present thanks to her sharing the information on our offer someone out bid our offer and our offer did not get accepted I found it very inappropriate and unprofessional of her part I highly suggest you do not get any realtors with this company

Vimi Shukla-One of the worst Realtor in the Naperville Area : Please see below deatils - We have asked vimi to confirm all repairs before she put the apartment in the market and I have asked her multiple times to confirmed repairs and she mentioned that she had checked everything personally and apartment is move in ready. After few days of renter move in, they found major repairs related to safety (Patio door is not getting locked, appliances are not working, shower is not working) and we had same issue when we previously rented another rpropertly with vim, but we gave benefit of doubt about first time
