I used to visit them in the past and loved the doctors there. Recently I tried to set up an appointment again, showed up and they expected me to pay $200. In the past, the most I paid was $20. Somebody should have called me and given me the cost upfront, because I NEVER would have gone in the first place had I known how expensive one appointment was going to be. I'm just a teacher and struggle enough financially as is, and now can't even afford mental health care. I realize this is an insurance issue, but they should have let me know ahead of time so I could have gone somewhere else for care. Instead they let me show up, asking for $200 out of pocket. Obviously I told them I couldn't pay it, and the billing department was unwilling to help me at all. They were inflexible, and charged me for the appointment anyways due to their 24 hour cancellation policy even though I refused the service once I got there . Now I am on a payment plan to pay this $200 that I can't even afford in the first place. Not only did I not get the appointment, I am also paying them money that I literally can't afford!! I can't believe this. Thanks a lot ABH. 0/10 don't recommend.

*Newest Update* I was originally instructed by the practice to delete this review in order for them to continue helping me. I gave this practice another chance because I felt they handled my medication wonderfully in the past. But after todays visit, I believe everyone needs to know the truth about this practice. Today I was told that Im basically blacklisted from seeing any and all therapists at that practice, and they couldnt even give me a valid reason as to why. I truly thought that mental health practices were supposed to help get you back to a state of acceptance and comfort, instead I feel abandoned. They have confirmed my childhood belief that no one cares about me or wants to help me. Please, if youre in a fragile state, stay away from this practice. They are the least understanding group of individuals I have ever encountered. I have to say I feel 110% betrayed and am more unstable now than before I returned to the practice and am battling major depression, anxiety, and suicidal thoughts solely because of this practice and a select few individuals who have made my life a living hell. ******EDIT* I recently underwent a hysterectomy at 26 years old and lost a very close family member around the same time and was hit with intense waves of hormones, pain, and emotional instability. Instead of working with me to obtain proper mental health treatment, I was being called a liar around the office regarding my hospitalizations and had to pay for missed appointments due to being hospitalized. I called to apologize for talking to the receptionist the way that I did, and reached out to 2 providers to see if I could be seen at the practice still and never heard back from anyone. The psychiatrists and therapists are wonderful, and I still stand by that, but direct your care elsewhere if you are needing understanding care. ****** Absolutely phenomenal psychiatrists and therapists! Zachary Kuenstle PA is very personable, kind, and listens to what the patient has to say regarding treatment. He is very knowledgeable in a wide variety of psychiatric conditions. AnnaMarie Savio is the lady to see for all things relating to trauma. I had been getting therapy for over a decade through another company, and when I switched to AnnaMarie, I was welcomed with open arms and a warm smile. She has helped me tremendously with working through anxiety as well. She uses a wonderful patient-centered approach to her care and does an excellent job helping to redirect negative thought patterns. Lastly, a huge shoutout to Kristi at the front desk! Thank you for being so knowledgeable and kind as well as having the answers to all of my questions. Advanced Behavioral is the place to go if you are suffering from ANY psychiatric condition. I have never run into a problem with scheduling or availability. With the wide range of providers, you are sure to find someone at this clinic that will listen to you and help you return to a place of wellness.
