        Very unprofessional management company. They will not answer their phone. Only way to communicate is via a text message. Not renter friendly. We would not recommend this management team to anyone. If they are listed as the management for a property, I would look elsewhere.

        DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PMI!!   They are out to line their own pockets, NOT to take care of their residents.  They are slow to respond to concerns.  Had a pest issue and they refused to address it. They do NOT maintain their properties...until of course you move and wait for your security deposit, THEN they use YOUR money for upgrading the property.  Doesn't matter how good of a tenant you were or how nice you left the place.

        Doesn't matter how much you are nice to them or treat them. At the end of your lease, they will deduct a big amount from your deposit. Doesn't matter if you cleaned or not. Doesn't matter if you walk with them at the end and show them everything. They still charge you and deduct from the deposit later.I received the deducted check three months later.Make sure to get your deposit at the time when you give away the keys to avoid headaches.
