Body Mechanics Physical Therapy

Flo rehabbed two recent injuries as well as helping me strengthen an old injured ankle that had never quite recovered. She is a great listener and help me set recovery goals that allowed me to participate in an upcoming competition. She introduced me to dry needling which was INCREDIBLE; I feel like it sped my recovery by leaps and bounds. I definitely recommend her to others and I would return to her again in the future!

Flo came highly recommended from my doctor after surgery. I was extremely happy with my care and recovery. She explained exercises that were easy and helpful. I liked that she was a partner in my rehabilitation and assisted in getting me ready for my Orangetheory workouts again. I would definitely recommend her.

Unreal experience positive and personal. Had hip replaced, I am on track to return to heavy concrete construction stronger than ever. Over my 25 year career, have had multiple injuries requiring PT. This is the first to incorporate real world movement helping my overall strength. Can't say enough good thing about Body Mechanics Physical Therapy! (Thank you PT LADY)

Dr. Rider has been fantastic. When choosing a PT to help me rehab my from ACL repair surgery, I wanted someone who provided individualized treatment and who works with athletes. Dr. Rider is both! I've been to PT mills in the past -- Athletico, ATI - and hated being one of several patients being treated at a time. Was the PT watching me, did he care? Did the assistant know what was going on? No, not this time and not for my knee. With Dr. Rider, I've had a partner in my recovery. She works the whole session, focused on me, to care for my well being...and my progress in recovery shows it.
