For my first time ordering online for a special event Im truly disappointed in the lack of urgency and concern of to why my order is still at the warehouse in Naperville IN. Every time I call customer service they their response is that I need to call UPS and tell them that I need my package right away, why do I the customer need to do anything when Ive obviously placed my order through party city and not UPS !!!! How is it that a order that was do on the 3 rd of November hasnt been picked up yet from your warehouse and delivered to me before the 18th November? So right now Im not a happy camper!!!!!!!

I would give 0 stars if possible receiving hours are 6:30am to 1:30pm I arrived at 2:10pm after running my full 11 hour clock and was told by an employee I could park until I was able to be unloaded at 6:30am the next morning needless to say I was awakened multiple times by security and had to explain I had permission until the 3rd time and security threatened to call the police on me for trespassing and said no one had Authority to give me permission except security. Places like this are a huge problem with shipper receivers and contributors to the freight problem in America. Everyone knows parking is a terrible thing to deal with in Chicago so I was forced to drive about an hour away to find parking at 12am. truck drivers should avoid this place and possibly force them to actually value us and our service or not get any product.

Reciving 6am -2pm dont know about shipping 30 minutes ready to go .

I got fired because I didnt want to stay an hour more. Said it was optional but I guess not First shift was horrible anyway. Management needs major adjustments.
