    Same story as everyone else. 2 months after surgery with Duly, a bill from these guys landed in my email inbox. Never heard of them before, zero attempts to bill my insurance, got nothing but voice mail when attempting to reach a person. This seems like a good place to point out the no surprises billing act is now in effect. When receiving in-network care, at an-in network facility, anesthesiology needs to honor in-network rates. I ultimately got them to correctly bill my insurance, then provide a final bill, that was about 10% of the original statement. This is without a question, the worst billing experience I've ever had with a provider.

    This company is horrible to deal with. Originally told they would honor a 25% self-pay discount that adult gives and then wouldnt honor. Dont respond to emails or return phone calls. Very disappointing.

    This is bs made appointment 2 weeks ago an also live 2 hrs away when arrived was 8 mins late an u are allowed 15 mins the I don't kno how to do my job receptionist said I had to reschedule cause he was squeezing in any way which again made appointment 2 weeks ago an have other appointments today need to reschedule this is the 3rd time this has happened would not recommend this place or hospital an we called way ahead of time to make sure could be seen so this lady can't do her job this place is a joke....

    I received an invoice almost 2 months after my surgery, This doctor never used his name that tried to have me pay directly instead of having the doctor submit fee to insurance company. Billing department blamed it on the hospital. What a waste of time!!

    Same thing happened to me. My account got turned over to collection. I never received a bill or a call. Whoever handles the billing for this company is a complete joke
