Jiffy Lube

First of all according to you guys standards the customer is always asked to leave the vehicle and go to the waiting area. i was not asked at . The lady after was asked to step out her car and go to the waiting area. they checked her lights back and front, she was asked of she wanted coffee and told her where the facilities were just in case. i also witnessed them cleaning the inside of the windows and vacuuming the vehicle. This is my second time going to this particular location and the guy was not so friendly as if I was problematic. The last thing that was not your standard customer service offered he handed me the milage sticker to put in my window, that has never happened before. Im a paying customer and sat patiently waiting. Lastly i paid with a credit card, and i didn't sign a receipt for it and he guessed what the price was and when i had a coupon he still didnt get it right. This type of service is not acceptable, i tried giving this location another chance because the last time I made a visit he was alone so i figured it would be better and it wasnt. Im disgusted at the customer service this location provided and i think its questionable regarding a signature for my credit card and on the back of the card ot says Ask for ID . I will go further and write a letter to corporate about this matter because anyone couldve stolen my card and without asking for ID he performed the service.

This is my preferred Jiffy Lube I actually will not go to the Jiffy Lube in Berwyn or Cicero which is closer to my home. Because the service at this one is better.

They Crew take care well , but 2 seconds after leaving the place the check engine light shows , never happens in others jiffy lube, I call the manager and he just said he can't do nothing because it wasn't his problem too bad I will never come back to this place anymore
