Chevrolet of Naperville Service & Parts

Very disappointed and dissatisfied , untrustworthy the mere fact I passed up many reputable dealerships to buy from this dealership referred by a friend. I purchased a 2020 vehicle January 2023 with low mileage, see pictures at least they could have disclosed this to me so I could have declined the purchase. 3 times I have tried to get Chevrolet of Naperville to give me a solutions all I got was made up excuses. All these vehicles brakes sound like they are grinding but they are rubbing its the material on the brake pad the mechanic says its grinding, service advisor says no its not grinding.

We recently brought our car here for what ended up being a silly nonissue, but Im grateful they looked into it for us! And they hung onto our car for a few days too - all at no cost to us. It was a big help. Well definitely bring our car here for any issues in the future!

It's an amazing place to get your vehicle serviced. They are very honest and upfront about your cars servicing needs. They do not pressure you at all. They recommend and you make the decision if you want to complete the work. I truly appreciate their help and guidance, and my 7 year old car works like a champ.
