Ive been a PNC Bank customer from 2013-2015 and from 2020 to now. I had to change banks when I lived in Texas. I was very happy to see PNC bank again in the DFW area so thats why I switched back after using Wells Fargo. I went to cash a check from my mother today at this branch and I did not like the service I received. I wanted cash back and money available in my account and I was told I had to wait until Tuesday to use the funds. I have gas to buy, food to buy. I have a job interview to prep for. I need the funds now not Tuesday. I want to know since when PNC considers corporate rules and regulations versus the customer. I am considering switching banks soon because of this incident and service.
