I had the pleasure of working with Vitali on the purchase of the property. Even though it was a for sale by owner transaction, Vitali kept all the contact with the seller for me and stayed on top of the communication. My lender required some safety repairs to be made before we could close on the loan and the seller did not have funds to pay upfront for the repairs. Vitali was kind enough to help me and the seller and found a contractor who agreed to complete the repairs, not to mention that he was present at the property while the repairs were being completed. His knowledge of the real estate market and connections with different people in the market, passion to help others and positive attitude when things were getting challenging made the transaction go very smoothly. Vitali looked out for both me and the seller and I know that I can count on him being always available to his clients. He is truly best of the best!

I have been trying to talk to him about a property but have not gotten any response and now I'm being accused of a fake review. Would have been nice to just be asked why the low score. So I guess I can give another star for the prompt response here.
