Rick and Jazmin are very knowledgeable. They were readily available for showings and always came ready with the home facts. They both looked out for us and made sure we had all the info to make a decision on a home. We purchased our home in December in a tough market. Even tho the market was tough they were able to negotiate several thousand dollars off of the asking price! Thank you both ,truly 5 stars !

Ricardo is a wonderful real estate agent focused on doing what in best interest for his client. An awesome quirk about Rick is not only does he help in real estate but also educates you so that you are aware of many things that otherwise you may have overlooked. Whoever tells you, it isnt neccesary to get a real estate agent has obviously never worked with the Miranda group!

Amazing amazing amazing! We are truly soo grateful to have had the pleasure to work with the Miranda group. We were able to both sell our house and purchase our new home with their assistance. From our first meeting, Jasmin set up expectations, shared her expertise on the market and made sure she knew exactly what we were looking for in our new home. Then we got to looking! She was so responsive and quick to share homes that fit our criteria as well as book showings that aligned with our availability. When we found The One she was professional and super supportive during negotiations. When we got it, she was genuinely ecstatic for us. She always kept a positive outlook and was rooting for us the entire time. When we were ready to sell, Ric was incredible too! Those two are such a power house! He set up a meeting to share a market analysis he had worked on for us to help us come to a sale price, among other things. I love that he uses data to tell the story and does it in a way that is easy to understand. He got us ready for the sale and gave us pointers on how to win the beauty contest (as he liked to say) for our home to stand out among the competition. The pictures of the house came out incredible. When we finally went live he was so great at making sure appointments were scheduled and approved by us for the showings (we used an app, which was great). Then when we chose our buyer he was excellent at working through negotiations and representing us. I general, the entire team was amazing. Their banker Ana from Old second (that they recommended) was awesome. Again, so responsive, so professional and just overall everyone did their jobs and did them very well! Everyone was always in the loop and we kept in contact through email and messages. Everyone worked well together and it all was just seamless. If you want a great team to represent you, who does what they say theyll do and more, dont hesitate to hire them. You wont regret it. Promise.
