Yvonne was amazing! My husband and I have very busy and tight schedules, but Yvonne was able to take us to every house we wanted to see, sometimes multiple in a night. I met Yvonne at an open house and she was very friendly, kind and knowledgeable. I knew she would be able to help us find a new home and sell our current house. She made the selling process seem easy by helping us every step of the way. She was very responsive and gave us great suggestions on how to prepare our house. She did a wonderful job marketing our house and running the open house for it. Our house sold right away and we couldn't have been happier with everything she did to help us.

I could writ 1000 words, all positive, and not say enough as to how well I think she did on having our house sold. The amount of time that was put in was obviously of one dedicated to what they do. She was always in contact with us and was constantly asking if there was anything she could do to help. The whole approach was know doubt, a sales person who knows their job well. The photos were professionally taken, the staging was unbelievable, and I can not stress how well she had this house ready for showing. The house sold quickly and she was there form beginning right through to the appraisal and closing.

I met Yvonne at an open house. Right off the bat, I could see how genuine, nice, and friendly she was, which is why I chose her as my agent. Id had bad experiences with other real estate agents only being out for themselves but I could tell Yvonne genuinely cared about our needs. She found the perfect house for us within a month and the negotiations and close went seamlessly. She was always available to answer my questions no matter the time. Yvonne also has a great network of people that she works with that I also utilized. I would highly recommend her to anyone for their real estate needs!
