Sat at table for over 5 min and didn't even get an acknowledgment of existing. Left because of no service. **Edit** sent notice per BWW response. Awaiting further action. ** as of 3/28/2024 I have not heard a response from the request that BWW requested to be sent in. Guess they aren't interested in what a customer has to say about a location. **

Went there on 4-2-24 at around 2:30-2:45 to have lunch. Son and I walked in, there was no one in sight. Walked around to look in bar area and we both almost slipped because of the grease all over the tile. Walked back over to front counter and my son had to knock on the door leading to kitchen for a female to come out and tell us we can sit where ever we want. She imediatley goes back in kitchen area and starts conversing again with the man in there. We go to sit at the first booth on our left and the table top was filthy. We turned around and walked out. Dining area was dark, dirty and no staff in sight. The only person we saw doing her job was the bartender but we did not want to eat at the bar.

I dont normally complain, but I ordered online from this place through uber eats and my order was all wrong. Today I ordered traditional wings with buffalo sauce and ranch but I got orange sauce instead. Ok I thought maybe I clicked the wrong sauce, but also they sent me blue cheese instead of ranch and like I said this is the third time they sent all my order wrong or missing items. I throw all to the garbage, never order from this place again

Great food. Great location. If you want a very affordable amount of boneless chicken, go on a Thursday.

Good location! Im a BWW regular and I have no problem waiting for my takeout when its so fresh and it was. Wings were hot, crispy, and juicy. Fries were hot and crispy. Also love Mtn Dew legend. Love this BWW!
