My sister had a wedding in the Aurora area and I decided to surprise her with a limo rental for wedding transportation for her and her husband. They were so happy I started crying. Thanks Party Bus Aurora Illinois for helping me find the perfect party bus for a special moment.

Booked a limo through Party Bus Aurora Illinois and it was super easy, Jeff the guy I spoke to on the phone was very knowledgable in party buses and showed me around 10 vehicles that I could rent. I went with the 18 passenger mini bus rental. Everyone loved it and had so much fun. Highly recommended will use it again.

Hector was our driver. He was more than 15min late. Pick up was at 10:15. Weather conditions were dry with very little traffic for a Sunday night.  We called the main number since we landed early: 10:08pm. We had no luggage. We told Hector where we were. He asked us via txt if we got our luggage- I sent a couple texts to him with no response.. it was this moment I knew he wasn't here and stalling for time.. Hector told us to be at door 2D we went to the limo pick up section but he wasn't there. He said he was 7min away -he wasn't there. I called the main number asking if there was a discount for the driver being late the man didn't answer my question and replied with "do you want the ride or not" in which I replied I am asking a simple yes or no question I obviously want a ride I booked this weeks in advance. He tells me no. Mind you, they will charge YOU if you are 15min late. Once he arrived- I saw him pass by and get out of the car as he is talking to me on the phone. The door was labeled 2E. He was adamant it was 2D. It was not. We got picked up at 10:37. He didn't open any doors and the vehicle smelled so revolting and he didn't bother to spray after he clearly passed gas multiple times  prior to pick up. Pick up was scheduled for 10:15. He proceeded to argue about doors #s NOT LISTENING when we pointed out that says 2E and he was being rude and disrespectful. I WAS OVER IT I told him its fine I'm not here to argue abt the door#- its fine I thanked him for picking us up and reminded him(since he is STILL arguing) I'm not here to argue but he wanted to continue to be argumentative so I reminded him I don't need his disrespect that he is still getting a tip. He continued and said "I don't care about a tip" thats is what he said after that. WOW ok HECTOR! He gets on his phone i asked him not to be on his phone while driving us.  He pulled up to my drop off location again didn't bother to get out, open doors or apologize for being a complete dick or unprofessional. I knew I had to sign for payment I watched him click away and pass the tip portion and tell me someone cleared the ride and I won't be charged. Which is not what I was told over the  phone. He almost ran over my foot as he backed out while I had just shut the back door of the vehicle. Where I exited it was about a foot wide maybe slightly less. I'm pregnant and military the level of disrespect and unprofessionalism is unbelievable as well as unacceptable to say the least! I utilized this company to get a ride to the airport last week and had a GREAT experience. This time around is the one experience that ruined it all. I will never use this company again. EVER. 10/10 do NOT recommend.

This was one of the best limo service I have ever used.  The limousine arrived on time and was spotless.  The driver was polite and helpful and looked clean and neat.  The driver drove us into the Chicago and was very courteous to my group.  I believe they were reasonably priced and will use them again.

I have used Aurora Limo's for a bunch of trips, they are very nice and easy to work with!  The drivers are really nice I especially like Hector he is our usual driver.  They are on time and have excellent follow up and are very accommodating if plans change slightly.  I can't recommend them enough.  I once had a group of business associates that I took downtown and the group wanted to stay longer, Aurora limo organized it flawlessy.  Worth every penny.
