Evolution Med Spa of Naperville

Went under and completely ghosted their customers. I have 2 sessions left and they're gone. So is the money. Can't dispute the charge with the credit card company because it was "too long ago". Highly do not recommended ever doing business with them. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Bought a laser removal package and appointment got canceled in November 2021 and been trying to reschedule. Now the phone number is no longer in service. I hate losing money. Guess I could file a police report.

Very unprofessional hard time to schedule an apt. Never answer the phone . The last time I did have an apt. and they cancelled with out notices. I did left a message to refund my money and Im still waiting for them to reschedule or refund my money,

I bought a gift card about 7 months ago. Over past 2 months, we've been trying to reach them via phone and dropped in person to schedule an appt. I found out today in person that this business is no longer operating at it's official location and hasn't been for several weeks.!! What a shock and now I'm not sure what can be done with the several hundred dollars gift card. There is no contact info. It is still listed in that building and phone number still takes calls( just directs to voicemail) I have been fooled by this business. Any idea what I can do to get my money back?
