        Hey Malena, been trying to contact you various times over the last 13 months. Insane. Since then I've switched to another insurance company so congrats. I'd love for this feedback to be open, honest, and public. If there's an emergency, zero contact can be made. Apparently the 1-800 representative said there has been multiple complaints of the same regard with this office. No clue what is happening over there, but you've lost a client. There are VERY seldom circumstances I need to speak with an agent, and not once in over a year have I been able to contact you. Lovely service. Best regards.
