I have gone most of my life not thinking much about the insurance I carry. Before meeting Jennifer, insurance wasnt a thing that I really cared much about. Its dangerously easy to do until you really need it. Insurance seemed to be just another necessity, like shoes, or oil changes. My attitude was that I dont want to invest a lot or get too fancy. Just give me something functional and call it good enough. I was too easily satisfied, because my opinion was that any old policy would do. Jennifers contagious enthusiasm for insurance helped change that opinion. After several years staying with the same company (largely out of habit), I finally switched my auto policy to the Bryant-Olshove agency. Not disappointed. Policies can be hard to compare side-by-side. Not all insurance is created equal. After learning more about me and my situation, Jennifer reviewed several options that fit my needs, then took the time to explain things I hadnt been considering. She proactively pointed out gaps that I was unaware existed and how to take advantage of various benefits that Allstate policies offer. Like many decisions, price is a big factor. You also tend to get what you pay for, so finding the right value is the reason Im so happy to rely on Jennifers expertise. With Allstate discounts like multiple vehicles and safe driver, I end up getting more value for the same cost as I was paying on a single vehicle. As things change, I added house and life policies with her agency. Thanks to Jennifer for her excellent customer service. I would not only recommend her to family and friends, but anyone that hasnt given their insurance the consideration it deserves. Everyone should have a trusted agent to look out for their needs. Especially because you usually find out if your policy doesnt protect you like it should until after its too late. Its not just about the policy, but the personal service. Im glad to be in good hands. I can count on Jennifer in an emergency, out of state, in the middle of the night, or whenever disaster may strike. Insurance is not just another mundane necessity. Everyone generally hopes for the best, but its important to prepare for the worst. I know I can rest assured.
