the service was great the first time around, last year when we has gotten a new ac installed. Mike was great and very helpful. our issue arose when this year came. I had summers come out for a cleaning and they told me that there must be a pin hole leak in the freeon line and it needed to be releveled. I called Mike back and he said he could see when he can come look at it. I tried calling and texting him back, never got a response. I eventually gave up.
