Very nice people I encountered but they didn't even clean my floors downstairs. I work so I don't have time to follow every single thing they do (and I shouldn't have to for how much I am paying. Bathroom (tubs and toilet we nice and clean). I wad also charged for 3 bathrooms when I have 2.5 (no tub or shower to clean). They didn't clean my sofas which were on the checklist as well. Too expensive for not thorough clean. The main thing I like quality cleaned are my floors. I have a dog and kids and the same crumbs and kibbles were in the same spot after the clean. Corners of my floors were not hit and I ended up having to pull the vacuum out myself ro clean after them and wasted 300 bucks. Wjat they did, i literally could have done myaelf but I have been buay and wanted to try rhem for regular cleans but only got through one which was supposed to be the initial "deep" clean.
