Refined Beauty - Naperville Salon and Spa

My favorite hair salon in Naperville. Everyone is super friendly and caring. Gaby is my stylist and she is so knowledgeable, thorough, professional, and kind. I appreciate the cost transparency and clear communication. I also noticed how hospitable and welcoming everyone is. I am very happy with the place. Great salon! P.s English is not my first language and sometimes I get a little anxious talking to new people, but I felt so relaxed and easy with everyone there.

Just came from my makeup and hair trial session before my wedding and couldn't be happier. The environment and staff are great, and the girl who worked on me, Erin, was SOOO good at working with my feedback and made sure that we were completely on the same page. Would recommend for anyone getting any sort of event hair and makeup!

Had a great experience with Gabby! Best scalp massage I've had. She was an amazing listener and advised me on how to get the look I wanted. She, very detail oriented, attentive, and she made sure my hair was as perfect as can be before I left! I will be back!

I now know that 17 is my lucky number! I had been to 16 stylists before Ben, & am so relieved that my search for my perfect stylist is over! Ben took great care & time to understand my styling needs & deliver a cut & style that truly fits my needs. Everyone at Refined Beauty provided me with a sincerely warm welcome when I entered the salon, even though I realized I entered through the wrong door! No one said a word about that. I look forward to my return & being treated like a very valued client.
