Melted Blonde hair studio

I have been getting my level 7 hair bleached to a level 9-10 for 5+ years. Ive never had an issue with my roots lifting to a pale yellow in one session, which can then be toned to my desired color. This stylist applied the bleach without taking small enough sections and let the bleach dry out and then tried to blame my thyroid hormones (I havent even had them tested in years) for why it didnt lift. She washed the bleach out when my roots were orange and tried toning orange hair with a toner that did not have the ability to change the brassiness level at all. I begged her to re-bleach the roots as I am a hair model and she did, but only every other section, which made the color more uneven. Then she bleached one section (my middle part) to make the area that is most visible more blonde and I got scabs on my scalp. She said she would fix it in a couple weeks after I paid full price + a decent tip despite leaving with orange roots. A few weeks later I reached out and she offered to give me a shadow root (something I have had in the past and didnt like it stained my blonde hair and was very damaging to remove) and pay $120 for this. I had already paid $150 to get hair that I was embarrassed to walk around with. When I told her Id be sharing my experience she blamed me and said my hair was in poor condition. My hair was temporarily dry from not having access to my best products due to a major move across the country. If she felt my hair was so damaged she shouldnt have worked on my hair in the first place and if she fears bleach so much she shouldnt agree to work on someone with my level of blonde. Now I have to pay hundreds for a color correction and she declined a refund. I am not sure why someone would take so little pride in their work. Its incredibly unprofessional. It doesnt make sense to me. I would steer clear of this provider to save yourself a lot of money and trouble. Update: I really dont appreciate the condescending response from the hair colorist, insinuating I dont know how to care for my hair. I worked in a salon for several years and only use professional products. I went to another salon and they had no issue both fixing your botched job and getting level 7 hair to a 9. You must be the one using cheap products to have a result turn out this bad & you have a nerve telling me youre educating me on my hair when I am very well versed on the topic. Take responsibility for your mistakes instead of insulting your clients in the future.

Amanda. Never. Misses. I cant remember how long Ive been going to her now, Im 23 now and Ive been seeing Amanda since, I dont know, sophomore year of high school? Its been at least 6 years. For every visit, shes always been so consistent. Never once I have been dissatisfied with my visit. My experience from the time I walked in the salon and sat in the chair until the time I left the salon was magical. Talk about relaxing. The shampoo and head massage was marvelous. She takes that to another level. After the coloring was done and the hair was cut, I started to see the transformation taking place as the blow drying began. The colors of blonde that were created on my naturally blonde hair were indescribable. I can honestly say I am in love with my hair.
