F45 Training Naperville

Took my first class at the F45 in Naperville in February and now Im addicted! Saturday classes are my favorite. If you are a newbie to lifting, dont worry because the coaches do a great job at making you feel comfortable. Highly recommend F45!

Literally the worst experience I ever had! Been doing F45 Training for over two years at different location, had to change studio due to relocation. I was shocked about their approach at that studio, trainers would be extremely touchy and were looking for any reason to do so, without asking for permission! Jay is just rude and so unprofessional. I honestly don't know how that studio has people going there. That is not how F45 Training should be, please try different studios to see the difference. You would be surprised

I tried this studio once using gympass when traveling for work. I noticed that the trainer would be just physically touching/interacting with women and wont do so with men. I thought I was the only one who felt that the trainer touching women was inappropriate but still felt very unprofessional and I never used this studio again. I just came to the review to see if theres any comments on such and looks like theres a recent comment with similar incident. I feel a need to speak up here very unprofessional and yes you wont see this in any other F45 studio.

F45 is wonderful! The coaches are so encouraging and welcoming. Everyone who participates is friendly, and there's a sense of community. The music is great during class, and the workouts are challenging.
