Choosing Effortless Events to be our full planners was the best decision we made. We were on a somewhat tight timeline (about 7-8 months) to get married in one of the most popular wedding months. Before even hiring Cindy and Ashley, Cindy was already giving us priceless advice. Her confidence in her services was both comforting and completely warranted.
I rarely felt stressed during the planning process because I knew we were in good hands. Cindy and Ashley gave us excellent vendor recommendations, handled most of the communication with them, gave us advice for our venue, and kept us on track. We communicated frequently over email and had check-in Zoom meetings to go over any questions and timelines.
Ashley came with my mom and me to the final design meeting, which was incredible helpful as I felt very out of my depth.
On the day of the wedding, I was completely relaxed (aside from the pre-wedding jitters). If there were any problems, I did not have to deal with or know about them, which is exactly what I wanted. Because of Cindy and Ashley, we, and our families, were able to be fully present and enjoy our day. As a bonus we received so many compliments on the day of our wedding, and months later.
Effortless events helped us shape and execute our wedding to be everything we dreamed of. I would highly recommend them.

Hiring Cindy and her team at Effortless Events was, without a doubt, one of the best decisions we made when it came to the wedding. I had thought having a Day of Coordinator would be helpful, but even at the time I didnt realize how invaluable Cindy would be. She knew all the right questions to ask and also knew all the right questions I should ask other vendors. She kept everything on track, both leading up to the wedding and the day of, and I am positive that the reason everything ran so smoothly on our wedding day was because Cindy was on top of it. Especially in the last couple of months before the wedding, at least once a week my fianc and I would say to each other Thank God for Cindy, shes worth every penny. I even had one of my guests ask for her card at the wedding because they were that impressed with her work! I am so grateful to Cindy and her team for all that they did to make our wedding day truly perfect.
