I have been thoroughly impressed with Theophany Staffing. A special shout-out to Erika and Joy, who played an integral role in my individual process, and showed incredible transparency and constant communication. I can attest first hand that they truly care about their candidates and stop at nothing to create an atmosphere of preparedness and confidence every step of the way. I genuinely cannot recommend them enough! They truly are champions of their clients!

I hadnt planned on using a staffing agency but then I responded to an ad through them on indeed. From the first time I met Erika in early 2024, I knew it would be great. She helped me take skills that I thought could only be used in the industry I was working in and see how they are marketable, making me marketable. She made sure to take a minimum of 45 minutes the day before each interview to prepare me for it and the wanted me to call and debrief with her immediately after the interview as well. She helped me hone my interview skills. From the time I met and began working with her I went on 4 interviews that were set up by her, I began my new job on February 26, 2024! I loved working with her and she was such an amazing person. This was an amazing experience! If I ever need to find another job, I will be coming her again.however I hope to never need it again.
