Front desk 'manager' very unhelpful with gathering new patient info. Became verbally frustrated on the phone and asked what my job was "out of curisosity" instead of helping me confirm my insurance coverage. Very rude, I wouldn't expect their office to provide quality care. Edit: highly encourage anyone seeking dental coverage to AVOID NaperBrook Dentistry. I reccomend the Village Green Dental Care in Aurora. Incredibly positive experience speaking with their desk manager, not the same condescension or shaming you will experience with NaperBrooke. Read the reviews of NaperBrooke, the positive ones appear fake.

I came in for a routine checkup and cleaning on 3/14/23. Dr and assistant were nice and asked the right questions. What I did not like was when assistant went ahead to polish my teeth that my lip got caught and burned from the rotator. He says it was because I had "extra buildup on that tooth". If it was buildup then you would not be polishing over that. I don't like being lied to when I'm paying you to do a great job so that I can give awesome reviews and recommendations to my friends and family.On top of this, they both rushed through the procedure and it was painful and rough. My teeth do not feel any more clean than when I came in. I still feel some buildup. My teeth do not feel smooth and new like when I go to other dentists.Overall, I am not coming back. I do not recommend this place.ETA: brought my three kids here a week before me and they also do not felt they were "rough in their mouths and their teeth are not clean".In addition, they charge 3% service fee and don't let you know until you come in for service.They also want to charge extra for desensitizing resin for cavity removal when it's included with our dentists.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Lynn the office manager was very helpful with helping navigate an insurance issue. The appointment was prompt and thorough. Dr Hydrai is personable and offers excellent guidance for dental health. Have recommended a family member who was also very satisfied.

They are adding a 3% fee on top of what they charge insurance that the patient has to pay. Please be aware of this charge before booking.
