Always the same dyke chick who looks through my stuff. Super short hair and Latina. Only ever takes one thing at a time and offers me $3 or so and I drive super far to go to this location. Obviously, shes shopping for herself because our styles are extremely different so of course she doesnt like anything I bring in. I wouldnt go to this location. They always give the same excuse for why they dont take stuff.

I came to the register, holding my items ready to check out and there was 5 girls just looking at me!!! They are so unprofessional!!!! Bad!! Bad!! customer service!! They clearly do not give a damn about good customer service!!!! I wish I could give no stars!! I highly highly do not recommend this location!!!

I've enjoyed coming in to this spot the past few years. There's always interesting finds and the staff is super chill and easy to talk to. Last time I was bringing in clothes and Catherine was super helpful throughout the whole interaction. Even when I was sure there wasn't a lot of stuff in my size, she helped me find some really cool pants and Old Skool Vans. Will for sure continue to support this location
