They were great, we had to order a custom wreath, and Doug stayed in communication even during his busiest season while fighting Chicago traffic! Great job!

11/26: Plenty of lovely pines and firs to choose from that I got major decision paralysis. Gentleman was happy to help me choose and also said they are expecting more trees on Tuesday. The trees are placed upright in stands which is so helpful to see the true profile of each tree. So fresh and so fragrant. From the roof of the car through the kitchen and into the living room, it hardly shed more than 25 sparse needles. The pines were a little less expensive, under $100 I think, and the 7-8ft firs were mostly in the $95-$150 range. This one was $130. They also have small and large tree stands for purchase. They wrapped and loaded and tied down my tree on my car roof for me. Just be sure to bring a sturdy blanket to protect your car Cant wait to decorate this tree tomorrow

12/9 Naperville Location - Still plenty of good options - especially in that 6-9' range. Entire offering had nice shape and fullness to them. Prices are competitive for the area (other lots, big box, etc.) Very helpful, small crew on site to help with fresh cuts and tying up on your vehicle. Wreaths and clippings available for sale at modest prices too. You want a simple, successful tree shopping experience, give these guys a look.

Was there this morning at 10 am. They open at 9. Guy in camper wouldn't even come out to assist or acknowledge that I was there. Just sat on his butt. What a joke after driving a hour to get there. Worst customer service I have experienced in a while.
