I severely injured my shoulder and was not getting the support I needed from my surgeon, and my PT was horrible! I talked with Dr. Brian and we came up with a plan. He worked with me in sessions, and with exercises, and got my shoulder moving again like I never thought it would. Dr. Brian is a lifesaver. I highly recommend him for any athletic need!

Dr. Brian is knowledgeable, kind, and professional. I have been to many chiropractors, but none who perform Active Release Therapy (ART) and spend as much time with you as Dr. Brian. He is never judgmental or pushy about treatment. I have been a client for eight years now. It all started with a back strain that left me doubled over in pain. Dr. Brian got me moving and showed me some exercises to help me as I healed. I am athletic; I run, dance, cycle, and do yoga. I visited him over the years when I was injured, but now I like to go for a monthly body tune-up. He listens to what is going on with my body and training and tailors the sessions to what I need. I highly recommend Doctor Brian! He built a great rapport with me from the start, which has kept me coming back for nearly a decade! Dr. Brian is in a league of his own.

I highly recommend Dr Damhoff at Elite Performance Institute, especially for runners. Not only is he professional, personable, and knowledgeable, he shares a passion for running and helping other reach their goals. His Youtube videos are also a great resource with clear explanations for a wide variety of exercises. Keep up the good work Dr. Damhoff!

I was referred to Elite performance by a close friend of mine for some bad hip pain I was having. After my first examination Dr Brian was able to not only give me some relief but also find the cause of my pain. After a few visits my pain was gone, and he worked with me strengthening the areas that were causing the pain. Dr Brian gave me some exercises to do at home and my pain has been gone ever since. He spends an entire 1 hr. working on his clients and you leave feeling that he really wants to help you in any way he can. If I could leave more stars I would, I would highly recommend Elite performance to anyone.
