Because Google sponsors this business they filter out negative reviews. This is the second time Im having to write this and I will keep posting it until it records. Terrible phone etiquette. Get that bitter girl away from the phone bc shes driving business away. She has a bad attitude and not trained to answer phones. Does she realize shes the first impression? She Picks up the phone with just saying hello I say hello she just says hello again and never said it was Stretch Club or anything!!! Im confused thinking I called the wrong number, I ask if they are a business since shes just saying hello? The girl portrayed attitude claiming she said a greeting but it was a long pause after. (So then she just kept saying hello? ) Once she heard me she didnt welcome me at all. When I suggested maybe their phone is having an issue she said I havent had any issues with anyone else. At that point this little girl is annoying to deal with and not professional. I told her I will call someone else and I hung up!!! Im looking for a location to visit 26 times a year and Im moving my care from Lincoln Park to Naperville. I will never consider this company for any of their locations, their first impression person is giving red flags. First impression and phone etiquette is what drives a business by converting new patient leads. I wouldnt want to deal with her being my front desk person. Im sure her conversion rate is poor. If your marketing company is recording phone calls they should be reviewed thoroughly.
