Holland & Company CPAs

I was charged $600 for simple taxes. Standard deduction, nothing itemized. I thought I would try a cpa instead of doing them elsewhere but big mistake. No response after initial submission for 2 months! Then no answers to calls. The secured file upload site is buggy and looks like it was created in 1994. Their emails go to spam, and heres the funny part, they know their emails go to spam yet, Dean cant be bothered to pick up the phone. I asked about charges many times but was told Id get a bill. And boy did I get a bill! I had originally missed that he sent an invoice along with the taxes and a month later Dean sends me a threatening email saying that if I didnt pay 3 days from that date, he was going to send me to collections. No courtesy call or nothing. The irony is that threat email came through just fine

Holland & Company takes care of the monthly bookkeeping for my business and my wife's business in Naperville They also file year end taxes for both of our business along with our personal tax forms. It is nice to have a trusted friend to refer to when I have accounting questions and I know my taxes are always going to get done right and on time. Highly recommended!
