I am a former employee. Told to "Fake it till you make it" with clients, given no training, and employees often work on other clients while at another clients office. If you're an employee, don't give a 2 week notice. It is a well kept secret that they will ask you to leave the same day, and will not provide any compensation for the notice you gave. L&A profits immensely off the backs of their workers, who are all young and inexperienced. Management does whatever they want, takes themselves to Florida, while the staff actually doing work is barely able to pay bills. Then, when you give professional notice of resignation, they drop you immediately, which also harms their clients.

Very unprofessional staff. Doesn't return phone calls and doesn't send pension check copies out. Also doesn't provide tax forms either. States that "the mail service is unsafe to use" which is a really lazy excuse!! Pathetic
