        Would not take responsibility for a mistake THEY made, and treated me like a cancer when I called to try and get to a solution. Dodged emails and phonecalls for 3 days, only then to tell me they couldnt help me. Dont waste your money like I did, and instead rely on your mason to choose the brick - the salespeople are seemingly colorblind and are so thirsty for a sale they forget what customer service is. Luckily my mason had a relationship with a different supply center and got what we needed to do the job. Photos show the brick on my house, and the brick they sold me to match. Laughable.
