      image Cannot rate a 0, forced to rate a 1. The customer service is ridiculous at this branch. The person is not listening to the customer at all and keeps on talking from her side. Without understanding the question, the person starts to speak and talks about something that is completely irrelevant.
      Do not recommend Bank Of America. There are a lot of other better banks out there.

      image Ever since remodeling (which really meant getting rid of most tellers), this location is ridiculously slow. There is usually one teller, maybe two and a bunch of other people standing around at the front desk.
