Julie clearly communicates what you should expect from every test she performs on you, and is an attentive listener. She has a natural ability to connect with clients/patients and that creates a positive environment for something that might be a stressful situation to begin with. I mean, no one really WANTS to go to the doctor to get their hearing checked. But she is kind, patient and listens to you and respects you. I felt safe around her. I recommend Julie for your audiology needs.
