I believe Mary Denise is a Horrible attorney!  Stay away!  In my opinion, she only cares about making as much money for herself as possible.  I saw her  escalate situations that could have been  handled calmly , I believe, to increase her billing.  I feel like her practice is unethical as she does not make sure her client understands what is happening.  She is dealing with the most vulnerable people.  In my opinion this requires listening, kindness, client-focus actions and cooperation.  She is in my opinion capable of none of this attributes.  Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this one!

Did not help our family. We had serious education issues with our local district. She was hired to resolve those issues and made no effort to do so. Took almost 2.000 from me and basically ignored my requests. I have no good words for this one.

I am the father of two special needs Adult children 1 now in transitions the other finishing up the COD COACH program after transitions. Mary Denise represented my son in 8th grade with the School Dist. He was in our opinion wrongly removed from school. Not only did she get him reinstated but held a professional IEP Meeting that was not typical. She got the school to agree on increased minutes for services he needed. Her firm is professional, compasionate, and most of all insightful on what an appropriate education consists of for Special Needs Children. I plan on using her again without hessitation. If you are having issues as to how you feel your IEP meetings are going this is the firm you need! One of my sons is now approaching his three year review in transitions and I wont consider any other firm. They are simply the best. When Mary Denise speaks the school district listens.
