If I can give him 10 stars I would. I'm a Realtor and I had the pleasure of working with Richard a couple of times on what could have been very difficult real estate transactions but because of Richards professionalism, knowledge and prompt responses it was a breeze. I would recommend him for anyone who is looking for a great attorney.

I'd highly recommend Richard and the Warner Law Group for any legal representation for buying or selling a home. Richard was extremely knowledgeable, prompt, answered all of our questions, stayed on top of the other side's lawyer when needed to keep both of our transactions moving along. The money we spent on retaining Richard's services was money well spent.
