These crooks take people money you are horrible people I was ripped off do something I tried calling and talking to someone to help me your employees are very ignorant you wo t get away with this you screwed me for over a year don't trust these people be ware this company should be shut down for good please don't use their services please you will regret it this company is a scam be very aware of pivotal home solution they are crooks

Im so disappointed in Pivotal Home Solutions. It USED to be an Outstanding Home Repair. NOW ITS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! ALL THEY DO IS TAKE YOUR MONTLY FEES AND ANSWERING SERVICE THROUGH PHILIPPIANS!!! This company needs to be STOPPED & CLOSED Its so frustrating to try and get service for whatever needs fixing, they tell you no one in your area is available. YOUR COMPANY IS SO FULL OF GARBAGE!!!!! IM SO DONE WITH YOUR WARRANTY COMPANY!!!!!! Now David from the company calls and he wants me to call and find a company to come fix my refrigerator/freezer. So tell me, WHAT DOES YOUR COMPANY DO BESIDES RAKE MY MONEY AND HIRE PEOPLE OUT OF THE COUNTRY TO LAUGH AT YOUR CUSTOMERS? I HOPE THIS COMPANY GOES UNDER.ANOTHER BIG TECH GARBAGE RIP-OFF PIECE OF CRAP!!!

The worst ..I've had this company for years before ever using it. I called for washer repair and after repair the washer was still doing the same thing. I didn't have the time I could stay home waiting for repairs so just let it go. When I got the time I called explained washer still doing the same since 1st repair. They want me to pay a service charge for the same issue I was already having and obviously not repaired correctly or faulty part. After going round and round I decided to cancel the service and supposedly I would be refunded for that month. I look at my bill they refunded the monthly charge but came right back and added it to my following bill. Prior to cancelling I also had a claim for my stove the technician said they couldn't repair but a claim was never processed for it, but they want to charge me after saying they would refund my monthly charge. The sad thing I was with this company for MANY years without ANY CLAIMS EVER...Traci Johnson

My house has a small gas leak which was going to be very expensive to fix. Fortunately I have a policy with Pivotal Home Solutions and they are covering the repair cost. Thank you!
