        SmartPath says I can purchase entirely online. I attempted to do so, I have to play phone and email tag with them to finalize the deal, meanwhile they sold the vehicle to someone else right out from under me. Terrible customer service.

        They changed oil and rotated tires with multi-point inspection for $136.16 for my wife's Toyota Camry about two weeks ago. Today I found that coolant's level is far below the Fill Line in the coolant's reservoir. That means that they did not fill it up! But everyone knows that they should have done it.
