        This title company is nothing but incompetent. They sent checks for home insurance late, cancelled checks, resent them late, all of which ending up causing a massive amount of headache for myself, my lender, and my insurance company to figure out what was going on. This company does everything YOU dont want to happen when you close on a house. Id recommend finding a different company to handle your closing process.
