        I was waiting in drive thru about 3min before i said "hello"? A lady answered, "i'll be with yiu in a min" another car pulls up behind, leaving in after about 2min, and i still wait. Another 2-3min go by and i say "hello" again. Same lady comes on, "i said it will be a few min" and i say" i was just wondering brcause you haven't said anything" "well, we are short staffed..." i said i understand" and i hear "the nerve of some...." i pulled away and was able to get around. I was about to.spend $30 on a meal for 3 and after the smart attitude and snarky tone, it was not worth $30 of my hard earned $$!! Maybe you should train your employees of how to deal with stressful situations, othereise you will lose more business.
