As an architect and builder for more than 40 years, Ive worked with many suppliers and contractors. Patrick is one of the good ones. Knowledgeable and engaged. Dont hesitate to talk to him about what you need. He will advise and make it happen. He supplied the material and connected me with Jose to install 20 tons of gravel on a driveway. Jose worked with me to get the layout and grades exactly as I wanted.

Material for my new driveway was fantastic. Gorgeous color and just the right consistency. Material came quickly and, under Patrick's guidance, was just the right amount. I'm thrilled with the result! Patrick was also wonderful about providing options for other material about which I inquired.

The Material Yard is a great company to work with - we are so glad we found them. They helped us re-grade our yard, add drainage, and then fill in over top with topsoil. They identified the most cost-effective way to solve our drainage problem, did exactly what they promised, completed the work on time, and were extremely professional.

Bought 28 tons of pea gravel for home improvement. Patrick was very helpful and provided different options. He cares about the customers and thinks from customers perspective. I have been dealing with many contractors and suppliers in the past and Patrick is one of the best ones that I would like to work with again.
