        For the second time in 2 years I placed a large order with Altec, and I was not informed that the order would be delivering late! I had been promised (by e-mail) that I would be alerted if the order was to be late. It then took 3 e-mails and a phone call before I found out my current order would be late, but was given no idea as to when the order would be delivered.

        Very nice people to work with, but they do not pay their bills on time or in full. Would ask for a deposit before doing business with them.
