        After inheriting a cleaning service when I was hired as the property manager for 3 commercial office buildings, I soon found that they were going through the motions and neither I nor my tenants were pleased with the level of service we were receiving. After interviewing several new services, I selected Conquest Building Services due their smaller size and the owners direct involvement and commitment to raise the bar in improving our client satisfaction internally. Both I and my tenants notice an immediate improvement in execution and thoroughness of their service, as well as communication with myself and my staff. We have been using them for several months now and I could not be happier that I made the change to Conquest Building Services. In addition to outstanding service, Radoslaws team has notified me of issues with toilets valves that need repair and exterior doors that were not closing fully that need attention. I now feel I have an extra set of eyes and a partner in increasing my lease retention and client satisfaction.
