      image My experience with Associated Bank was very good especially with Tanner Schuettke who was very friendly and helpful. But I have had no access thru the banks mobile app. Technology is dysfunctional. They are working on it.

      image I was in today at 450pm the gal was rude and in a hurry! Very salty made me feel like I was dumb I didnt understand the hold on check funds! I just wanted to be clear ! I asked her again and she was annoyed I wasnt sure! Thanks,Gerry PS longtime customer! I wished her a nice Labor Day weekend! No response from her!

      image The people at this branch are not very knowledgeable. They told me WRONG information pertaining to some matters. Do yourself a favor and go to the branch on 51st & Rawson in franklin! Superb customer service and they don't give you the run around like the oakCreek branch does!
