I must say that my experience was excellent. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted by a team of staff who were not only professional but also incredibly courteous. I worked with Angelo, and he provided exceptional customer service. I had found myself in a frustrating situation with my car, but the team at Crash Champions quickly turned it into a solution. They understood the urgency of the matter and wasted no time in getting my car in for repairs. I was pleasantly surprised when they informed me that my vehicle would be ready within just two days. The level of service I received throughout the entire process was commendable. Angelo and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to ensure that all of my concerns were addressed and that I felt informed and comfortable with the repairs. They were patient with my questions and took the time to explain the details of the repair process. Crash Champions was fixing the mistakes of another body shop and did a great job getting my car back to normal. They also gave me a comprehensive review of my vehicle providing suggestions of things I should do for maintenance, this is not what you normally get from a repair body shop. Again, Angelo was awesome. Overall, I can confidently say that Crash Champions Body Shop has exceeded my expectations.
