I have been a patient of Dr. Salem since 2016. I have multiple spine issues and have had numerous injections and two surgeries by him. He has always gone above and beyond to help me. He is very busy because he is an excellent surgeon! He and his staff are wonderful and truly care!

Terrible , Terrible place. Does not respond to patients,EVER. Does NOT refill medications and he can't be contacted to remind him. You will see him once, then that's it, no follow up for my wife, no injections,no therapy ...all that was promised several months ago. So,don't take my word for it....try calling the office before you chose this doctor....just try it...pick any number and see,because you will NEVER get through or get a return call.

After looking up your wife’s account, we received all yours and your wife’s call and we responded to all , pain meds sent to your pharmacy on 3 different dates and all filled out , your pharmacy refused to fill last one because it was too soon . Physical therapy was sent to where it so suppose to go to . Your wife was no show for follow up visit . We are happy to help . Please call office reschedule her follow up .

My mother recently had a surgery done by Dr Salem, she is in need of another surgery but have not heard back from the office or doctor. She has called multiple times throughout the months and nothing, We really need to get in touch with the Dr if possible.
