My kids like this place but I hate going there they always mess up my orders or don't put the extra stuff you pay for and when you tell them they messed up they get attitude

They have a very short delivery range. I live off 20th street in Mount Vernon. She even said you're 11 minutes away. Very disappointed that I can't get a delivery... 11mins doesn't seem like that much of an inconvenience...

These people are not interested in making money. They'd rather lie about you than be accountable.
She told them "I had cussed her out" and hung up on me.
I did not.
Now I'm sure their little 3 person disaster has some lemming stuff to say.
But Alex didn't cuss anybody out. That'll get me in your face every. single. time.
Just another I'll be partying in front of when the closed signs are permanently put in the windows.
Don't lie on me. You don't have a dissatisfied customer. You have an enemy.
If this manager had any brain at all, he could've straightened this out.
Instead, they needed me to know how hard it is to work there, and how I hurted their wee lil feewins. Smh
