        They dont answer the phone at all. Ever since my sons pediatrician merged with them Im always having to make someone out of Christopher Illinois call me back. The Pediatric Group never has this problem.

        this place to be top of the line now you wait ten hours to get a pointless rapid covid test for chronic allergies and then still be isolated for additional days for a state test so why even take the rapid. it's pointless and the doctor need to use their common sense not their ignorance of a nurse practitioner it's time we let our kids get an education and stop saying everything is covid. truly disappointed
