Dunkin'

I travel to every state for work and Dunkin is my go-to to get the morning started! My order is the same every day, it never changes. While l have been disappointed in the past at different locations (coffee not made right, taste off, watered down, cold, hash browns soggy or overcooked and burnt, being out of sesame bagels, adding the wrong cheese to my sandwich, etc) I have to give this location the credit it deserves! The absolutely best tasting coffee, perfectly cooked hash browns and made my sandwich exactly as I like it! (Turkey sausage , egg and white cheddar on a sesame bagel) Friendly and kind faces greeted me as I approached - great job to the team and management

Went to pick up my online order, and received only one of every item I ordered 2 of.. luckily I just had to point that out and they fixed it there, but this is a regular occurrence.. Additionally I got my drinks with the correct labels and wrong contents, I should have checked them before leaving and was shocked to be drinking coffee instead of chai.. Again they fixed it quick but now after wasted time my food was cold.. Like I said this is par for the course here.
