The dance class is SO FUN! you don't have to be a dancer to do it! It's a great workout and everyone is so welcoming! I Definitely recommend everyone try out the class you will get hooked!

If you've never been to one of her dance fitness classes, you are missing out! The atmosphere is spunky and uplifting, and if my uncoordinated self can do it, so can you!
Also my favorite sports bras and biker shorts came from her shop! Popping I'm is a MUST!
